Beaufort, NC Named No. 1 Among the South’s Best Small Towns in 2019

Recently, Southern Living Magazine named the South’s Best Small Towns for 2019 and ranked Beaufort, NC as their number one town. Beaufort’s “picturesque docks, a beautiful historic district, and enough local shops and restaurants to make exploring fun,” are all cited as reasons for the number one rating.
