Raleigh NC Takes “America’s Best City” Award

Businessweek.com along with Bloomberg Rankings rated the top 100 cities, choosing Raleigh as the nation’s best city in which to live and work.  Combining culture, college and professional sports, recreation, along with Duke, UNC-Chapel Hill, and North Carolina State Universities, as well as the Research Triangle Park, Raleigh boasts over 12,500 acres of park space, over 850 restaurants, and over 50 museums.  An educated workforce, affordable housing, and steady, diverse economic growth topped off the reasons that vaulted Raleigh to the No. 1 spot.
