The Crescent

The Crescent is a golf course community located in Salisbury, NC. The land was an old dairy farm. In order to keep some of the identity, the silo was restored and painted to be an icon for the neighborhood. In addition to the golf course, Crescent offers tennis, a pool and clubhouse. The Crescent was unique in its market due to the diversity of product offered within the same neighborhood. The Crescent offered estate and normal home sites, golf villas, and golf club homes.
