Wakefileld

The property for the Wakefield Country Club and Golf course was originally assembled by Preston Development Company in 1996. The 2000 acres were planned and zoned by PDC and then sold to Wakefield Developers LLC. Wakefield has grown to become the most successful subdivision in sales in the Raleigh Area.
