Located in Holly Springs, NC.  WoodCreek  is well located in Holly Springs off Sunset Lake Road and minutes for the new I540 bypass that will open in December of 2012.  John Wieland Homes partnered with Preston to create the entrance waterfall feature and the Residents Clubhouse and pool facility.  John Wieland Homes and  M/I Homes are currently building in the community. Additional homesites are available to builders. Two multi-family parcels are left to be developed.  At buildout there will be approx 900 homes.
